  • On Photo Pendants a proof will be sent out via email within 2 Business Days. The Customer Will have 2 Business days to view and approve proof. If we do not receive a reply to the proof email within 2 business days, we reserve the right to proceed with the order.
  • Refer under each items description for the processing/shipping times. 
  • When ordering custom and non custom items together your full order will be shipped when your custom item ships out. If you want your in-stock item shipped out before your custom/non in-stock item you must order them separately.

  • We stand behind the quality of our products. All purchases come with a warranty that allows for one free replacement within six months of delivery in the event of breakage or damage. To initiate a replacement, customers must provide a photo of the broken item along with their order number, which should be emailed to info@shopchacier.com
