 When will my tracking number be sent?

An email will be sent with your tracking number will be sent after your order is shipped! NOT after you order your order. Please DO NOT email until your minimum processing time is up. If we have an update we will give you one if we don't we will tell you it is still processing and check back with us on your last processing day. If you email before the min number of processing days you will be directed to this page. Please check processing times they are listed under each items description.

How long will it take me to get my order?

    • Processing time is different for each item please check the item’s description.
    • Processing days are Monday through Friday NOT Saturday and Sunday or Holidays. 
    • For Photo Pendants a proof will be sent out via email within 2 Business Days. The Customer Will have 2 Business days to view and approve proof. If we do not receive a reply to the proof email within 2 business days, we reserve the right to proceed with the order.
Orders will be shipped out as soon as they are completed! Faster shipping DOES NOT speed up processing times. 
    • Processing Time = Production + Packaging of item.
    • Shipping = When the Package is dropped off at the post office until it gets to the customer.

Processing Times:

  • CUSTOM ITEMS: Ships within 10-30 Business Days (2-6 Weeks)
  • NON-CUSTOM ITEMS: Ships within 4 -14 Business Days

What happens if I order a instock item with a non instock (custom) item?

Your full order will be shipped when your custom item ships out. If you want your in-stock item shipped out before your custom/non in-stock item you must order them separately. 

How do I cancel or change my order?

As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders.

How do I return my order?

We will not be taking returns on any orders due to COVID-19.

How do I get a refund on my order?

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Chacier if you are unhappy with your purchase we will be glad to give you store credit however there will be NO returns or refunds. Also, there will be NO returns, or refunds on custom items!! If you don't receive your package please contact USPS with your tracking info! 

How can I exchange an item?

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Chacier however due to sanitary reasons we do not offer exchanges.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by emailing us at shopchacier@gmail.com. Our business hours are 10AM CT to 5 PM CT Monday through Friday. If an email is outside of our business hours we will respond the following day. 

What should I do if my package is sent back to Chacier due to an insufficient address?

If your order gets sent back to us due to an insufficient address you will need to pay a $5 re-shipment fee! (The address you provide is the address we use so it is not our fault!). If you notice your address is incorrect BEFORE shipment you should contact us immediately so we can change your address. 

What if my package has been lost or stolen? 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items !! After it is shipped you must contact USPS for lost or stolen items!
