How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing time varies depending on the item. Please check the product description for exact details before ordering. Processing takes place Monday through Friday and does not include weekends or holidays. Shipping begins only after processing is complete. Faster shipping does not reduce processing time.

Processing time includes production and packaging. Shipping time begins once the package is dropped off with the carrier.

What is the processing time for custom and non custom items?

Custom items ship within 10 to 30 business days which is about 2 to 6 weeks. Non custom items ship within 4 to 14 business days.

If you order an in stock item with a custom item your entire order will ship together once the custom item is completed. If you would like your in stock item shipped sooner you must place separate orders.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check your order status by emailing shopchacier@gmail.com. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM CT. Emails sent outside of business hours will be answered the next business day.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders begin processing immediately after they are placed, so we are unable to cancel or make changes once an order has been submitted. If you need to request a change, you must send an email to shopchacier@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, changes cannot be guaranteed as your order may already be in production or processing.

What happens if my address is incorrect?

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address a reshipment fee will be required. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error before shipment you must contact us immediately.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have shipped. You must contact USPS directly for assistance using your tracking number.

Do you offer refunds, returns, or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to health and hygiene reasons. All sales are final. We also do not offer refunds. In certain cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

What is your warranty policy?

All jewelry purchases come with a 6 month warranty that covers one free replacement in the event of breakage or damage. To request a replacement you must email a photo of the item along with your order number to info@shopchacier.com
